Campanarazzu

RED
This label emerges from a tragic event that involved the ancient village of “Campanarazzu” in Misterbianco (CT). This place, witness to a dramatic history and overwhelmed by the wrath of Etna in 1669, represents an indissoluble link between past, present and desire for rebirth, just as the voice of the monks resonates in the roots of Misterbianco. Our wine tells this story of resilience: a unique blend of Nero d’Avola and Nerello Mascalese, vines that are the very essence of the Sicilian land. This limited edition, a symbol of rare excellence, matures for at least 12 months in French oak barrels, already “lived” by previous wines, giving our wine a robust structure and a persistence that spans the centuries. Each sip is a tribute to the Benedictine heritage, a celebration of Sicilian tradition and an invitation to participate in the continuous rebirth of a territory that, despite the challenges, has never stopped flourishing under the heat of the sun and the protective shade of Etna.
