Tasting

Your experience will begin among the rows of vines at the foot of Etna, where we will reveal anecdotes, agronomic methods and centuries-old traditions of our Sicilian land. Subsequently, we will move to the cellar, to discover all the secrets behind the origin of our renowned wines, and finally we will move on to the actual tasting of 3 highlights of our production. When the good weather allows it, the tasting will take place under the cool shade of a citrus tree.

Un percorso completo che comincia con la passeggiata in vigna e prosegue con la visita alla cantina.

La particolarità più apprezzata di questa esperienza è la possibilità di degustare i nostri vini in abbinamento a piatti cucinati da noi (o da altri chef) che ti permetteranno di vivere un’esperienza enogastronomica a 360°.

Il pranzo viene generalmente svolto presso i portici della cantina.

The most frequent questions we are asked.

How much does the experience cost?

You will be able to discover Tenuta Incarrozza, visit the vineyard, walking in the centuries-old park, and taste the wines in the Antica Dimora combined with local tastings starting from €20 per person.

If you want an even more complete experience, which also includes a lunch with all the accompaniments, you can take part in our “Incarrozza Lunch” for €35 each.

Is booking mandatory?

Yes, booking is always mandatory. We recommend booking well in advance, our family is not able to receive more than 5 or 6 small groups a day and in the high season there are many requests.

Will there be other participants?

It is possible that on the chosen day and time you can share the tour with other people, for this reason we recommend maximum punctuality.

In any case, our groups are always quite intimate, generally no more than 10/12 people in order to make the experience as engaging as possible.

In our group there are people who don't drink, do they also have to pay for this experience?

All adults are required to pay, whether they drink or not, while children and young people under 18 do not pay.

I would like to book for a group of more than 15 people, is this possible?

Our structure is very large, we are used to weddings and other events.

If you book well in advance, we can absolutely evaluate the feasibility of a visit with a group of more than 15 people. Contact us freely.

What languages do you speak?

The visit can be conducted indifferently in Italian or English.

Do you have accommodations for those suffering from food allergies or intolerances?

Let us know when booking and we will do everything possible to offer you a pleasant alternative gastronomic proposal.

Is the experience confirmed in case of rain?

In case of adverse weather conditions, the tasting will take place in our internal tasting room.

Does the company have parking?

Yes, the estate has a dedicated private car park, where you can leave your vehicle safely.

Is the company accessible to disabled people and baby prams?

The Show Room, the Wine Shop and the tasting rooms can be accessed as they are located on the ground floor of the Villa.

Is it possible to give a tasting as a gift to another person?

Of course, ask us for information and we will provide you with an experiential voucher that you can give to whoever you want.

Is it possible to purchase the wines tasted directly from the company?

Passing through the Wine Shop, the visitor will be able to purchase the wines tasted to take home a memory of the visit to share with relatives and friends.

What are the payment methods for purchasing products in the cellar and for tastings?

You can pay in cash and with major credit cards (Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro).

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. The important thing is that they are kept safe for themselves and other guests.
