Where the echo of the Benedictine monks still whispers among the citrus groves of Tenuta Incarrozza, an absolutely unique blend: an unprecedented combination of Grillo and Petit Manseng grapes. An exclusive fusion, which only Tenuta Incarrozza was able to dose and govern, capturing the authentic soul of the Sicilian territory. Grown under the imposing gaze of Etna and caressed by the Ionian sea breezes, these grapes blend in an extraordinary harmony that tells of the sea, history and land. Its straw yellow color seems to reflect the light of the Sicilian sun. On the nose, it offers an intriguing bouquet: notes of lime and white peach intertwine with herbaceous hints and a subtle, but decisive, salty note. In the mouth, this wine expresses its dual soul: fresh and immediate, but with a structure and a solid nerve that make it unmistakable. Served between 6° and 8°C, it becomes an aperitif of refined elegance. At a slightly higher temperature, it reveals its perfect balance when accompanying first coursesor succulent grilled fish.
